Skin Peels

SKIN PEELS - THE TREATMENT

Skin peels are non-glycolic so they do not require pre prepping of the skin. Skin peels are pain free, non-irritating and doesn't cause your skin to shred or redness. Skin peels are unique because they work deep within the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin and encourage cell renewal.

Your skin is thoroughly washed with a mild cleanser, a prepping solution is then applied to the skin. The peel is applied evenly to the skin by your nurse. Whilst the peel dries the skin is kept comfortable with a fan, a 2nd layer may be applied at this stage. Then, a layer of wet gauze is placed over the skin and the peel is activated by the application of cold water. The Gauze is removed and the appropriate serum/recovery cream is applied to you skin. The treatment takes around 30 minutes and 45 minutes.
